Mahoney is a graduate of the University of the State of New York with a degree in liberal studies. She is a member of the Organic Trade Association and California Certified Organic Farmers.
Jerry Mahoney

Mahoney, a third generation farmer, brings 25 years experience in Farm management and agribusiness to YFARM.COM, LLC. An innovator in crop science and precision farming Mahoney has applied over 100 cumulative years of family experience to Mahoney Brothers Farms. Along with traditional methods Mahoney has developed the diversification needed for today's agribusiness market.
Mahoney is a graduate of the Chico State University, California with an agribusiness degree. He has been a member of the California Certified Organic Farmers for over 7 years.
Randall P. Mora

An experienced strategic entrepreneur of B2B solutions companies, Randall Mora founded YFARM.COM, LLC. in January 2000.
Prior to joining YFARM.COM, LLC., Mora was President & CEO of AVUM, Inc., a company he built into a successful eBusiness software development firm.
With 20 years of management and development experience, Mora has been responsible for building dynamic teams specializing in large-scale projects ranging from complete enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to eBusiness web based solutions. His accomplishments and experience in ERP, B2B web based and collaborative commerce, Warehouse Management, Logistics, and Financial solutions makes him a global asset in the ever-changing eBusiness environment.
Mora is a graduate of the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with dual degrees in Accounting and Computer Science. He also has a Master of Computer Science and has taught Computer Science senior and master level courses for several years.
HiDe Tsutsumi

HiDe Tsutsumi joined YFARM.COM, LLC. in August 2000. As the company's chief scientist, Tsutsumi oversees all product development and engineering for YFARM.COM, LLC., with a primary focus on further developing the functionality of the eBusiness Agriculture Internet marketplace.
Tsutsumi brings 15 years experience in database and business solutions design, development and deployment to YFARM.COM, LLC. A pioneer in the early days of the Internet, Tsutsumi possesses an unusually broad grasp of practical software and hardware engineering principles and an innate ability to devise creative solutions to engineering and management challenges.
Tsutsumi is a graduate of the Fukuoka University, Fukuoka, Japan with a degree in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science.
Stacy Parker
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Stacy Parker, CPA brings over 10 years experience to the organization. Parker worked with closely held companies, start-up organizations and has consulted on various mergers, combinations and acquisitions.
Prior to joining YFARM.COM, LLC., Parker was Managing Director at Urbach Kahn & Werlin Advisors, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Centerprise Advisors, Inc., one of largest financial services company which serves middle market clients.
Parker received her Bachelor of Arts at University California Los Angeles and completed graduate study at the University of Southern California, Mastering in Business Taxation.
